Membership Service Agreement

Welcome to the OBD2UDS - Car Diagnostic Pro Premium Membership Service (the "Membership Service"). This Membership Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you ("User" or "you") and OBD2UDS ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Description

The Membership Service provides access to premium features of the OBD2UDS application, including but not limited to:

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics with OEM-level protocols
• Full access to real-time data streams and live parameters
• Performance testing and 0-100 acceleration measurement
• Advanced DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) analysis and clearing
• Priority customer support

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer the following membership plans. Exact pricing is displayed within the app at the time of purchase:

3. Payment and Billing

• Payment Channels: Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or third-party payment providers (such as Alipay) depending on your platform and region.
• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. For auto-renewing subscriptions, you will be charged the applicable fee automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will be notified in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. If a free trial is available:

• You will have full access to premium features during the trial period.
• At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Each user account is eligible for only one free trial.

5. Cancellation and Refund

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page of your App Store (Apple) or Google Play, or through the in-app account settings.
• Effect of Cancellation: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective payment platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or local payment provider). Please contact the platform directly for refund inquiries.

6. Account and Usage Rules

• Each membership subscription is bound to a single user account and is non-transferable.
• You may not share, resell, or sublicense your membership to any third party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if we detect any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our membership service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will meet all your requirements or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Membership Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
